43. My key card does not work with eduPrint!
You may have your key card connected to your old student account.
Please send a mail to helpdesk@bmc.uu.se with both your old student-ID and your new employee-ID. We can then help you clear your card from your student account via the eduPrint admin portal. You should then be able to associate your card to your employee account at the printer as usual.
How to fix this for the administrator
- Clear the card number.
