Custom HTML headers

This example demonstrate output of custom HTML headers using an object oriented approach. We simply pass '$this->config->headers = array(...)' during object initialization.

Looking at the generated HTML should show <meta name="..." content="..."> and http-equiv tags rendered from header data.
